Well, I have wondered why he had not filed a lawsuit up till now.

I know all the rumors that some Mafia goon types beat him up. Or that his brother beat him up.

But, the story that the exercise equipment got him seems so unbelievable.

Will insurance claims adjusters come out, investigate the condition of the equipment, review the damage, review how the parts snapped off, and all of that? It will be interesting to see their findings.

Or did Harry really get beat up by Mafia type goon????

He probably filed a long time ago....And is settling after permanent damage is confirmed.

Regardless, the amount is ridiculous. The lawyer must be a brother or something.

I'd throw it out unless he can show me a defective part.
