Is he completely blind in that eye? At least he has severe vision loss.
The point being, vision loss should be worth much more than $50,000, if someone is suing for pain and suffering, lifetime loss of one’s faculties and senses, etc.
50K is nothing, if his brother had video taped himself punching Harry, he could have sold the rights to pay per view and made tens of millions. I don’t even have cable, but I Would pay to see Harry Reid get a good a$$ whooping.
On the mark.
Discovery should be interesting. Depose his brother and a few others who may know something.
And, why does Harry Reid need 50k? All the land deals he’s made (such as buying land in Laughlin before he approved the bridge) has netted him over 10M (after tax).
Harry Reid has no credibility. He deliberately lied about Romney, knowing he could not be sued since the comments were on the Senate floor. He did it to throw the election for Obama and later laughed about lying.
I hope the company hires Mark Levin.
Discovery...
He should be suing his brother since that’s who most likely beat the crap out of Harry.
What’s gonna happen when the 13yr old boy he was trying to molest goes Public??
“I would real
ly love to know who beat the tar out of reid. maybe when the company does depositions we may find out.”
This is a nuisance suit. Most likely the insurance company will settle out of court. That’s probably why they chose that small number; it’s their standard nuisance claim amount.
He’s a wealthy man. He should let it lie as it only has the potential to further embarrass him.
This was a brutal beating by Las Vegas mob thugs.
Harry is just throwing out a red herring, to make the
public THINK Harry was injured by "machine malfunction".
He lost the Senate Majority Leader position (but found
a great surrogate in Mitch McConnell).
Didn't mollify the Mob one bit.
LOL!!
“Exercise company accepts $1.5 million of taxpayer’s money to take blame for Harry Reid’s eye injury” would be more to the point.
This is about making the truth something else.
Right, it is the fault of the rubber band because the old fool lost his grip and hit himself in the eye.
You can sue for being stupid and sometimes win.
Regardless, the amount is ridiculous. The lawyer must be a brother or something.
I'd throw it out unless he can show me a defective part.
Shouldn’t he be suing his brother?
