Extensive media coverage about the May 17 Twin Peaks shootout has “damaged the Twin Peaks name in general” and has made it impossible to pick an impartial jury in McLennan County, a Twin Peaks motion to move a civil trial claims.

“Given the extensive, ongoing media coverage in Waco about this tragedy, we believe it would be easier to find impartial jurors outside the local area,” the statement said.

What extensive, ongoing media coverage? If there had been extensive, ongoing media coverage of the Waco slaughter, a good number of Waco police would be facing murder charges.

These plaintiffs, who likely suffered NO DAMAGES THEMSELVES, chose the wrong defendants to sue. The WACO and Obama Regime agencies are the ones they should be targeting.

Anyhow, the Twin Peaks’ attorneys are right to request a change of venue from the snakepit that Waco has become because of its ruling elite.

He probably meant to say “extensive, ongoing media DISINFORMATION campaign in conjunction with Waco authorities”.

I hope they do get venue changed to Dallas. Twin Peaks and the operator both got majorly screwed, and I think both have their headquarters up in Dallas.

Yeah. It would be a kangaroo court if held at Waco. If I was one of the good people in Waco [if there are such a thing], I would be nervous because sooner or later the police are going to run out of motorcycle riders to kill and that will leave them [the good people] in the middle of the lake in a leaking canoe. Because there is an undeniable fact about both man and animals: Once they start killing, they can't stop. Back when I was growing up, if someone had a dog and he killed a chicken , they got their gun and shot it. They said that once the dog tasted warm blood, they had to have it. The same applies to people.

So once the dude kills the dog he will go around shooting more dogs?
