Air France Workers Rip Executives’ Clothes Off During Protest

This is nuts: Air France workers "stormed" the company's headquarters at Charles de Gaulle Airport near Paris after it threatened to cut 2,900 jobs, interrupting a meeting with union representatives and ripping executives' clothes off. Here's another photo of Pierre Plissonnier, who's also shown above:

And here's Xavier Broseta, the company's executive VP for human resources and labor relations:

Per AFP, the protests/attacks were a response to the company's threat to cut 2,900 jobs, which itself was a response to pilots' refusal to accept longer flying hours:

[The airline is struggling in the face of fierce competition from global rivals and had tried to convince pilots, who earn up to 250,000 euros ($280,000) a year, to fly 100 more hours annually for the same salary.

The talks broke down last week, with pilots saying the plan amounted to an effective pay cut, prompting management to lay out the "alternative" version involving job cuts.]

Air France management said it would file complaints to the police about the attacks.

Sounds like they need to start by firing their security team and hiring some Israelis to run that department.
