Im not sure what the point is other than Obama likes to kill people when they are nameless / faceless from 20k feet. I think he has benifited from much better Drone technology as well vs Bush.
The tech has improved somewhat, updates to Predators, etc.
Hellfires are still the weapon of choice.
drone warfare was just being perfected during Bush’s time - a new weapon for the battlefield.
