These cops wil cost the city and specifically the tax payers millions. The cops need to be hit financially in cases like this.

This time they hit the right house, but the victims were guests. There is a specific SCOTUS case regarding use of force, Graham v. Connor which says that all uses of force must be reasonable and neccesary. In that case the arrest iwas on a diabetic having some kind of episode, and despite pleading from his friends was subjected to force and handcuffing. Fairly similar.
