True, but given what they have chosen to do with what they have, I can't argue with the teachers who describe them as "special". They are truly too "special" to even recognize the diss.

As a grandparent of a special need child who would love to be like others but through no choice of his own will never be, I find that offensive and cruel for no reason. Those students are not special they are the pieces of crap they chose to be.
