Once these TDI’s have the performance dialed back to meet emissions I wonder if one could get a hold of the original program that VW used.

Cheap, neutered TDI + original programming + tuner shop = win.

Exactly. Not certain if I am a big fan of diesel. However, there might be a another cash for clunkers program in the near future if old Hill-Bill gets elected.

So it is a win-win!
