Up to this time all we have had is words, back and forth. Those PP people in the video were giving the God awful details of what they were doing. All the insertion did was put to the lie that it was just “tissue”.
I would not vote for her, but I do give her credit for raising the issue for millions to set and wonder. Their most strident question will be why were we not told this by the media?

Fiorina does yeoman work on abortion and Planned Parenthood but she is otherwise pretty much an Establishment Republican. She would make a great HHS secretary for the 30 days before HHS is abolished.
I am NOT supporting Ms. Fiorina, but it seems to me her answer will go down as an instance where a little hyperbole goes a long way. She created a video image that doesn’t really exist in substance but does now in the minds of anyone who heard or has read what she said. Was it propagandistic? Yes. But in a fight with opponents who make up their facts wholesale (Arkansas church bombings, sniper fire in Bosnia, boating in Cambodia) hers was a venial sin in a good cause.

I believe the question about PP practices was raised long before the debates started, Fiorina just used the issue to her advantage. She made her point.
