In minutes I can make a very effective spear.
One trip to the newsstands gets me enough magazines to make rudimentary body armour.
If I have a felt hat and shellac I can make a basic helmet.
A government may think it is removing the threat of revolution by taking away the ability of the people to own guns.
They only insure the people are even more enraged, desperate and vengeful when the revolution does occur.

Long time ago in friends kitchen.

My friend and I started naming just the items that were in the kitchen that could be effective weapons, knives, broom handle, mop handle, wooden chairs bar stools.
Then we started on the cleaners under her sink, at which point she asked us to stop.
Back then most people had copper pipe or galvanized pipe for repairs around the house.
That and some match heads - well I should not encourage the younger ones on the board.
A little imagination and some rudimentary tools make for interesting discussion when the uncivilized act out.

I was in a taxi in canada a few weeks ago,the driver is mooselimb..I told him God was smiling on us, he assumed I was muslim and said yes islam combines all religions into one, I then told him, God does not claim all religions, and would not allow them into the discussion.Then I said mohammad was a deceiver and liar, not a prophet..He stopped talking for the rest of the ride>LOL was expecting the knife to pop out any second..How stupid we are to allow this government to take over win the name of sympathy..
