My normal regimen helps prepare me. I have to take 2 Nexium every day, as well as 2 Zantac, along with a probiotic. Lately I am taking 2nd probiotic as well!
But, I still have a packet of Tums just in case.

Just realized they put Moochelle as the home-page pix for HCC now....thought you'd like to see it.
Notice how the college president looks more "presidential" and "lady-like" than Moochelle. I know it's a second in time, but she's slouching, while wearing sleeveless, etc.
