I gave the shortened version of culprit foods. Yes, we eat mostly fresh fruits and veges. Three or four nights a week is nothing but steamed veges. We eat red meat maybe two days a week. Fresh fish when we find it (we're inland). And I drink 1/2 gal to a gallon of water a day. I eat a lot of tuna cause I work out 5 to 6 days a week and want to build some muscle (protein).

Except today. My treadmill just died and I've got to buy another.

>>> “I eat a lot of tuna”

Might want to monitor your mercury levels, as well, if it is high end tuna. Canned white tuna tends to have more mercury than canned light tuna, for example.

Canned tuna should probably be eaten only once a week, from what I’ve read....also...there is a correlation between high iron and heart attacks....beware.
