The woman is believed to have stolen the six-carat diamond from a jewellery fair on Thursday by swapping it for a fake gemstone.

Years ago I told my wife that I would give her diamonds as big as horse tu*ds.
I have kept that promise with one difference. I give her horse tu*ds as big as diamonds!
Using a colonoscope is not “surgery”.
Just eating her carats.
