Maybe after this election is over and the new POTUS is sworn in, WE the PEOPLE of the United States should demand some new appointees to be voted on, that will uphold the duties of the Supreme Court and not right ‘laws’ they deem fit to write...
They should ‘Pledge’ that they will uphold the Constitution and nothing but the Constitution of the United States and should they fail, they shall be removed immediately for not performing the duties they swore to uphold...
I believe they ALREADY swear under Oath as they take office, but the 'Impeachment' ship has sailed long ago and apparently is a ghost ship now.
