Hadn't thought f that particular problem (of course I never worked in the Intel Community), but common sense tells us that the writer is correct.
The US Intel Community now has to consider that all assets, methods, and technology have been exposed and compromised.
There is no way to know what our enemies have, or even exactly how they got it.

This is the impact of the Hillary Wipe. When you don’t know what your enemy has learned from a security breach you must assume the worst. That’s the now the position of the Intel Community Position as a result of Hillary’s recklessness.
Life imprisonment would be too kind.
