CINCINNATI —Cincinnati police said they are at a loss to explain the recent spate of shootings in the West End.
There was another one Friday morning, the eighth shooting in the past week.
This time a teenager took several bullets to the legs. Despite 11 entry and exit wounds, the 15-year-old made it mid-block along 800 block of Findlay Street before he collapsed.
