So, we must now assume that ALL drones are locked & loaded.
We have the right to defend ourselves, others and our property.

(I prep because DHS and FEMA told me it was a good idea...)

A man in NJ was indicted for firing a shotgun at a drone near his home. Of course NJ has restrictive guns laws.

So? Just go get one of those Colorado Drone Huntin’ Licenses.

People should be able to have drones, but they should also be able to shoot a drone spying on their property.Philippine FARCO 51 cal CO2 shotgun. (The downside is they want $400) At least they couldn't bust you for using a firearm in city limits.

Oh, and:
Requiring a search warrant for surveillance is restricting development? asked Rep. Gary Paur, a Republican, at a hearing.
Its really all about the commercial development, which is where all of this is heading, Lund replied. If [a law] is somehow limiting commercial, law enforcement development... that is a negative in terms of companies looking and investing in opportunities in the state of North Dakota, Lund said.
Words just don't mean anything any more.

Words just don't mean anything any more. That's exactly how the Soviet system operated.

You know the awful part?
I predicted this all, way back in 2005.
The corruption of the Republicans, the turn towards Sovietism in America.
It appears that we who study history are doomed to watch those who don’t study history, repeat it.

Especially the words in the constitution.
Of course, if someone says anything that could somehow be construed as offensive to some group then words mean everything.

Lots of us have been flying the warning flags for years.
Sadly, few seem to want to listen, until it’s too late.
