Hard to do but will try.
The video is real easy to watch at lunchtime or at home for dinner. Joe is really down-to-earth.
Joe found a way to ‘reboot’ his health and he documents a lot of normal everyday ordinary Americans, some who join him and the results are incredible.
It’s a temporary thing, not a forever thing. I love meat, love it! And Joe is NOT saying people like me need to give it up, He’s telling people they need to get in shape, get in balance but it’s the way he brings it across that is award-winning.
But the thing that is different is this is like talking to your neighbor, your friends; it’s not some hyped-up salesperson trying to push vitamins, supplements. It’s brutally honest and well-done.

I have a juicer, but I don’t use it much anymore. I prefer to use the food processor so the fiber and other solids aren’t wasted. The video sounds interesting, and I’ll give it a view. Thanks!
