I don’t think ANYBODY is going to want to be Hillary’s running mate, but Julian Castro (who has been keeping his head down) may well emerge as a candidate once she has been buried with a stake through her heart...which will happen. However, it might not be easy for him to get there.
You’re right about the Dems. They sacrificed everything to Obama, who didn’t even care about them but just regarded them as a vehicle, and now they have no candidates. The GOP actually has many good candidates, young new-political-generation people with good ideas; the Dems are stuck with old, whether they’re white or black, male or female. Hacks is the word, I believe.
