How does a dump truck driver not know the bed is up?
Got me. Article says people were honking trying to warn him, too. Seems people, apparently everywhere, are becoming less and less observant. I see many less dramatic examples of this everyday here in New York. People walking across the street/driving while texting, driving with no lights on at night on busy NY streets with practically no one (besides me it seems) telling the drivers, on and on.
