Yogurt and apple juice are high in potassium. Magnesium will also lower it as it’s a natural blood relaxer. I’d suggest Magnesium, Calcium, zinc tablets as they are less likely to lead to an imbalance.

There is a supplement at Vitamin shoppe named “Pressure Lo” which works very well.

Agree about Magnesium (usually 400 mg is an average dose).

Epsom Salts under the tongue is a good way to ingest Magnesium without getting diarrhea.

Allowing it to pass thru the GI system can loosen your stool, and was even an old timey method of addressing constipation.

Thus the under the tongue method.
