Heard today the Feds paid over $ 200,000 for biofuel... at $149/gallon.
It was made from algae by a company that got $21 million in stimulus money in 2009.
Remember, with the right government policies renewables will be competitive. I would bet you have heard this over and over.
That’s one of the things that kills me the most. The Left loves to talk about evil corporations and evil CEO’s. But, I’ve yet to hear anyone calling out companies like this, headed by liberals that find a way to milk the system. Liberals will be giddy that they made fuel from seaweed. But they won’t blink an eye that the owner of the company made out like a bandit and screwed the taxpayer. IE Solyndra, Tesla and pretty much every other company that got stimulus money.
