Because with each passing day, a growing number of people with common sense and no dog in this fight who look at this information see the railroading of Tom Brady and the Patriots, and an intentional attempt to defame and punish them, motivated by ego, hate and envy.

Much of the legwork that goes on legally is behind the scenes. Yes, it's very possible that this article is a bought piece in some shape, size, or form, and there's nothing wrong with that. Tom Brady's lawyer, Jeffrey Kessler, did not get the reputation that he has for leaving any stone unturned.

I did read it and agree with it. But my point still stands. It's just how things work when trying to influence the public mindset. And one of Kessler’s primary goals is restoring Brady's reputation regardless of what the final decision is. You don't have to get all indignant just because I expressed an opinion.
