I think dingy harry reid ultimately voted against the latest edition of the AWB when it was attempted to ram through congress in the wake of newtown, when harry was still majority leader.
he voted against it, due to protocol, so that he could bring it up again at some point.
that did not happen, of course, but it is possible that yertl did the same thing here. dont know that, for sure, but it is not unheard of.
that said, yertl is still a backstabbing RINO commie, regardless of this situation
