I read this that the Bolivarian National Guard killed a food rioter, thinking that somehow Bolivian troops are guarding Venezuelan food stores.

I come to learn that Venezuela's National Guard is called 'The Bolivarian National Guard Of Venezuela', which I guess clears things up.
