U.S. District Court Judge Emmet Sullivan issued an order late Friday afternoon ordering former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and two of her most intimate State Department aides, Huma Abedin and Cheryl Mills, to account for, under penalty of perjury, their use of Clinton’s ‘home-brew’ server kept at her Chappaqua, New York home during Clinton’s four-year tenure as secretary, as well as any official documents in their possession.
The order came in a FOIA lawsuit by Judicial Watch that was re-opened by Judge Sullivan in June after Clinton’s circumvention of the FOIA laws was revealed when news broke of her use of the private server.

She’s above the law. There will be no compliance with orders they consider to be from an illegitimate entity.

I am waiting to see what happens when they come out and shut the whole thing down because of ‘national security concerns’.

I think you guys are underestimating Obama’s hatred for the Clintons.
She doesn’t have safe haven in this administration. The State Dept. IG’s have already told her the same ting as this Judge, and Lynch is chumming the water.
She may not get prosecuted, but I think she is being pushed to drop out of the race.
I also don’t think Obama wants a Dem in the WH to follow him. He wants a ball less wonder like Jeb, or Graham so he can blame his failures on them like he did W.
Obama is a narcissist before anything else.

There’s only one thing wrong with your idea. And normally I would agree with you.
Hillary will burn the world down as fast as Barry in revenge and If she goes down, so does Bill. Ergo, it’s the MAD doctrine. Barry HAS to cover her as much as possible or he burns when the Clinton machine unleashes the napalm.
