Roger Goodell has knowingly allowed lies to remain on the public record about the actual PSI measurements of the balls in the AFC Championship game...He then hired one of the most notorious consulting firms in the country (Exponent) to frame the science in the Wells Report - science that every independent lab that's looked at it since has found either highly questionable or complete garbage. And in the end, Goodell allowed his left hand to decide if his right hand was awesome when he named himself judge in the appeal.

Everyone knows Brady was directing the two ball boys to deflate the game balls. The NFLPA attorney admitted this morning on ESPN Radio the court case was strictly concerning whether the NFL had properly decided the punishment.
The other owners are with Goodell. Don’t look for them to cave.
Brady will not miss a game.
The NFL has to give permission. The league told Kraft to suspend them, McNally only worked 10 days a year the game days.
You might want to educate yourself on the facts.
The NFL lied a number of times during the first week of deflate gate. The leaked the 2 psi low information to ESPN, this was false and was never corrected. The sent a letter from their legal consul Mike Gardi with the false PSI claims. The head of officials claimed that he didn’t know of the claims by the Colts until halftime, that was a lie Wells admitted that the NFL was notified the Thursday before the game.
They were looking to ‘get’ BB Brady is collateral damage.
All of the people mentioned plus Jeff Pash and Goodell were ex Jets exec who were working with the Jets when BB left them for NE, lots of bad blood and axes to grind.
The MSM mostly won’t report any of this, the NFL is their business partner and they won’t cross Goodell. Sally Jenkins from thr WaPo has done a good job covering this frame job.
As to the science Exponent could even be certain that anything had happened to the FBalls other than the Ideal Gas Law, the had to create a scenario where Anderson used a gauge that to his best recollection he didn’t use.
Even if you believe that, the scenario woild require you to believe that the balls were deflated by exactly an amount equal to the difference between the 2 gauges, amazing cooindence....

The only guys around here with deflated balls are Obama, Ernest, Dempsey, Rhodes, McDonough, and most Secretaries of the armed forces departments.

The fact is that the lawyer admitted the court case is only about the punishment. Not the deflation itself.
Kraft accepted the arbitrators decision and paid the million fine and gave up draft picks. Now he says he shouldn’t have done that. Boo hoo.... This organization cheats in every way possible and gets caught all the time. No ethics, no honor with the Patriots.
What's often overlooked in this case is that it doesn't involve a simple "witch hunt" on the part of an overzealous commissioner with an agenda. This all began when you had one NFL team (the Colts) formally complain to the NFL leadership about another one. This is why Goodell ultimately had to: (1) make the decision himself, and (2) come down hard on Brady and the Patriots.
Because it is a labor law case, the lies will have to wait for a defamation suit.
BTW Mortenson was supposed to appear on a sports talk radio station in Boston to talk about his false 2psi report that caused this story to explode, he backed out.....

This has nothing to do with the NFLPA union. It’s just another clear violation of NFL rules by the Pats. The NFL is a corporation and most corporations or private businesses would suspend or fire someone for breaking the rules when such action threatens the integrity of the business.
And THIS type of SH!T is why I have MAYBE watched MAYBE 20 downs of NFL “Football” w/in the last 10 years or so(to include “Super Bowls”). I despise Roger Goodell and I DESPISE the BULLSH!T “Drama” that the “NFL” has become(thanks by in large to Goodell). That leaves the NCAA(it is becoming pretty much BULLSH!T too)(oh well there High School, I guess).
The entire investigation was based on a lie leaked to Chris Mortenson , by Mike Kensil head of NFL game day operations. The footballs behaved exactly as the Ideal Gas Law dictates. The story of 2 psi lower pressure was a straight up lie promoted by the NFL front office.
