Rick Harrison seems pretty fair. I remember a woman brought in an original Fabarge spider broach worth $25,000 asking 2K for it. Rick told her he would love to buy it for 2K but unfortunately he has a conscience, told her what it was and offered her 12K. So she asked for 18K. Typical.
