The University of Wisconsin wanted to change their mission statement and ditch “search for truth” ppl wanted to know who was behind this change. They put a serious block on open records onto the budget bill to be passed. There is litigation by 2 parties over widespread use of “deliberative process” exception to block open records. If budget passes many things about Walker cannot be dug up in open records.
