Not sure I understand how and incapacitated person can resist.A mentally incapacitated person can be very strong and determined. I saw my father lift four healthy young male emergency room workers off the ground, and that was after he'd been sedated.

Oh, mentally incapacitated. I thought they meant physically. Like in a wheelchair or something. Thanks for the clarification.
