We raised rabbits when I was a kid. Good eats. Haven’t had it since though.
My grandson brought home some wild rabbit, and Mother in Law fixed it. She has to cook stuff until it’s destroyed because Father in Law is paranoid. It’s a crying shame what they do to steak.
I tried it, and didn’t care for it. Much rather have some good venison, or elk.
