Anyone seen the new Pixar movie Inside Out?
What did you think? Something for 12yr olds? Would older adults like it?
Saw it with my 12 yr old Asperger, and 9 and 7 year olds.
All loved it
My son is 15 and a real movie buff, even the old ones - he said Inside Out was great - daughter 13 liked it too
Heard it was great. If disgay is smart they will leave pixar alone before they kill another golden goose.
Inside Out is a great movie. My wife and I enjoyed it a lot, and are contemplating going and seeing it again.
I'm so tired of the girl-view of life.
How many shows, especially “new” shows or movies feature an inspiring male lead? Not a male lead with ‘issues’ or some other nasty flaw, but a real man.
We have plenty of female leads as they dominate TV programming and movies, and they are mostly without destructive flaws and most certainly are not bigoted, sexist, angry. . maybe quirky but that makes them interesting.
Time to give boys something to aspire to rather than pants-down misogynistic rappers.
How about a moral White Male lead? That would be ground-breaking entertainment. I am so tired of it all. . .
Saw it with my daughters (8 & 10) and my wife....We all liked it.
Went with my wife and 13 and 11 year old sons, we all LOVED the movie. Its the best Pixar since Wall-E.
You and me both!
Thank you all
Geez relax. I just saw it. With my wife and three daughters. Thoroughly enjoyed it.
Ha! You’re a little outnumbered.
Are you being held hostage . . . tap twice, pause, once more to call for help.
I did not comment on that particular film. I was speaking broadly about general themes.
Enjoy your tea parties and snuggly stuffed animals. . .
;-)
Go watch Jurassic World. Chris Pratt is a man’s man kicking dinosaur ass. The kids he’s protecting even look up to him. Pratt is the 2nd coming of Harrison Ford.
I will see it when it comes out on Blue Ray, as I don't usually go to theaters (too noisy, cellphone lights and texting, sticky floors, rude kids and parents, etc).
“Why can’t the lead be a boy?”
Don’t know. But the 2 main characters in Pixar’s “UP” were a boy and an elderly man. Loved that movie.
That was a great movie.
And “Despicable Me”.
Male leads, in all things, are best, LOL.
