If lacto fermentation would cure my allergies I’d sure be pleased. But I do think there’s something beneficial to it, I don’t seem to catch many of the bugs going around and if I do it’s a mild case. Knock on wood.

That may be because nutrition is being absorbed properly. An imbalanced digestive
system is the cause of most old age woes. I eat plain ole fermented bean curd.
Sounds yummy doesn't it?

We all know the craving for certain foods we get, that's because once we've had
those foods our body is telling us there's something in there we're lacking.
If your digestive system is working properly the craving for certain foods
diminishes because you're receiving what you need.

Plenty of extreme examples with pregnant women on craving.

You need to try soil based probiotics. What really helped me was Prescript Assist. There are others. S. Boulardii helps people. Surf around, research. Don’t stop the lacto, just add something new.
