It is NOT about feeling good about herself. It is about asserting power over children in an attempt to acclimate them to submit to fedgov authority.
And it is backfiring!
Moochelle is not being a responsible parent. Children must be required to eat the lunch provided. They cannot be allowed to waste nutritional food especially prepared to insure their health and well being.
