No thanks, if I had something that would stop it/ drown it out when I was wearing a device, it would make it worse when it came back. I can ignore the noise when I am busy with something.

This video trick works quickly for me. Thanks to a disability it’s hard for me to get my hands in that position but just tapping the end of my fingers in those areas gets rid of those rare times my ears ring.

Seems to me that an app for a smartphone could do the same thing, and probably a whole lot cheaper.............................

There's nothing that brings on a bout of previously ignored tinnitus than reading an article on tinnitus.........LOL!

Maybe I should get off your list since I only notice my tinnitus when something reminds me that I actually am afflicted with it.
LOL.
Nope, I’ll stick around just in case a real cure pops up.

Absolutely! Mine is constant, it never goes away except when I can ignore it, not like now.

What if you have it and it doesn't bother you?

I’ve read that feeling pressed by life’s events adds to tinnitus. I can vouch for that, because once I finally retired and left my three-hour commute and managerial work-pressures behind, my tinnitus is now about 70% less. Of course, not everyone can just retire...

I have it 24 / 7 / 365.
I have learned to ignore it most of the time.
The only time it really bothers me is when I want to hear soft sounds like wind in the trees and can’t......................

Would the sound of a dog barking in your ears be Rin Tin Tinnitus?
If you get this you are a certified old fart.
