Like several others I posted before reading past your first post. Sorry :( but I DO wonder where daddy is in this kid’s life. too many young men without dad’s around is ruining them and dare a say feminizing them as well.
I'm just wondering if he lives in a two parent home, or if his father is someone who just pops in and out of his life randomly.

Retaliation from any quarter needs to be directed at the political class. After all, they (republicans and democrats) are the ones responsible for the mess this country is in, socially and economically.

The feds are involved, and it's a slam dunk that dad is going to be charged under 18 USC 922, regardless of the merits. That charge would attach even if the son never fired the gun, so there is no need for some sort of "accessory" charge. Just providing the firearm, with nothing more, is a federal felony.
We need to bring back the draft—he should have been in Uniform and controlled and if a tough DI couldn’t fix him a shrik should have seen what was his problem. If he wanted to kill people he should have been sent to Iraq.

Bet not: That’s not the liberal agenda. They won’t charge anything to do with the gun or the transfer. To do so would show the sheeple there are already gun laws on the books to deal with this.

They can do both, there is no need to be consistent. See the Zimmerman case where the chatter was against "stand your ground" bu tthe facts of the case had nothing to do with "stand your ground."
The proposed new restrictions won't have anything to do with the facts of this case.
