I bet she’s not even that liberal—actually I thinks she’s just plain nuts. But she’s basically shot a torpedo into the heart of transgenderism right as it was taking off and made a total mockery of the NAACP and their racists.
Let’s see..............who were some famous black people who passed for white? I recall Carol Channing and Soledad OBrien...two more contemporary women.
Carol Channing was a woman?
So she’s running for President?
I think she is *still* alive.
“Im thinking Pat Paulsen......”
Now that was funny...
America use to have a sense of humor and back then without the internet or twitter, if you wanted to complain, you had to use snail mail or pay for a long distance phone call.
His campaigns for president were hilarious! A couple of his quotes.....
Presidential campaign slogan: “I’ve upped my standards. Now, up yours.”
“All the problems we face in the United States today can be traced to an unenlightened immigration policy on the part of the American Indian.”
“Censorship does not interfere with the constitutional rights of every American to sit alone in the dark, in the nude and cuss. But let’s face it; there have to be some realistic taboos...especially with political comment. After all, the leaders of our country were not elected to be tittered at. The censors have to draw the line somewhere. For instance, we are allowed to say Ronald Reagan is a lousy actor...but we’re not allowed to say he’s a lousy governor...which is ridiculous...we know he’s a good actor...And you can’t say ANYTHING bad about President Johnston (sic)...because you shouldn’t insult the President...but if you compliment him...who will believe it?”
Classic case of if you can’t beat them join them.
Slash. The British-American guitar player born Saul Hudson is the son of a Jamaican father and white, English mother.
Actress Rashida Jones is the daughter of black music producer Quincy Jones and white actress Peggy Lipton.
I didn't know either of these individuals were black until I read their biographies. As interracial marriages and offspring, once taboo, become increasingly common, there will be a growing number of people like Slash and Jones who are racially ambiguous.
Correction: Slash's mother was African-American and his father was a white Englishman.
Pres. Warren G. Harding and J. Edgar Hoover are rumored to have roots.
