There has been a lot of discussion and confusion about TPA, especially since it has been voted on in Congress. What I have found from research is that what changes there have been to TPA since the 2002 version have been positive changes that strengthen human rights and protect our national sovereignty and laws.
I have attached some comparison charts that I hope will prove useful to those who would like to look more carefully at what this law does and does not do.
Wait, there were bills before this one? You don’t say?
I thought Cruz was the only one who wanted to cede power to Obama. How could it be that there were others?

Actually, it began under Roosevelt. The only President not given this authority since then was Nixon and had he not been forced to resign, no doubt he would have been given TPA, also.
There is even a clause in the 2015 version that specifically deals with no changes whatsoever to US. laws and sovereignty. Those were the two areas of concern. Also, now that the House has voted, language on immigration has also been added.
The issue is not about past TP(A/P/whatever).
The issue is SECRECY and the sell out of Americans
and their Constitution by those on the take
(directly or through their spouses) from globalists,
globalist Organizations (which profit from such
sellout), and Enemies of the US Constitution.
That is NOT what the US Congress was sent to DC
to defend. That is NOT what the American People WANT.

The secrecy involves TPP, not TPA. It’s not a “whatever” — TPA (the one voted on) and TPP (the secret one) are two separate things.
That would be correct....TPA and TPP are related but not the same. It is like Obamao and his cohorts and shills for this are playing 3 card monte with us all.

I’m not sure why the links won’t work to these pdf documents, but my google search was “2002, 2014 TPA Comparison Chart”.
Maybe someone who is more tech savvy can tell me how to get the links to work.
The TPA Bill is not, nor has it ever been secret. The TPP Bill is the one that has not yet been disclosed. It has also not been voted on. It is not complete.
Bob, Diogenesis and others are on a mission to destroy Ted Cruz. They have been informed about the fact of TPA and TPP so many times.
The TPP Bill is not complete and has not been voted on. It has to be completed, then it will be released to the public for 60 days before it is voted on.
If Jenner can be a woman, and Dolezal can be black,
and “Toast” Cruz can present himself as a CONSERVATIVE

then you can purport there is NO SECRECY.

If you want to read the entire test of the TPA Bill, links have been posted here many times. There is nothing secret about it. The 2015 version is much improved over the precious versions, which go all the way back to Roosevelt.
The confusion has occurred because a lot of folks got the bills confused and lumped in together.
Trade deals are typically not published until agreement has been reached among the parties, especially when making deals with multiple countries.
I concur with your concerns.
Although republicans handily won house and senate, they are by no means as conservative and protective of citizen’s interests as Newt’s congress was facing off against Clinton.
Republicans are not taking the moral ethical high road, and we are all going to pay dearly for their lack of courage and character.
