Yeah, only a couple of problems.
1) 95% are part time Less than 20 hours per week
2) They offer no benefits
Sure...McDonald’s cooks, Jack in the Box drive thru operators, Domino pizza delivery drivers, drive thru car washes, Obamacare exchange handlers, etc...all 20ish hours a week with no benefits. Meanwhile the good ‘old’ jobs you used to be able to get with benefits and pension are being put to pasture because the companies can’t pay benefits like that any longer with all the increased costs, regulations, and taxes that are making it almost unprofitable to stay in business...
How many of these “job openings” are redundant?
I’ve heard ads for use this software, post the job to every job board and social network.
It is then very easy for the same position to show up multiple times in some count of openings.
Except that they don't add up..
