Lots of good updates, nothing astounding.

Agreed. Sounds like some solid improvements. Looking forward to it. Still can’t justify the $10/mo for music, but we’ll see. The family plan could be an option. I live off music online now but the wife downloads a lot.

I’m no developer, but making Swift available as open-source, and ported to Linux, sounds like a maximum-effort thrust at establishing Swift as the programming language. If in reality it is good, what would hold developers back from adopting it . . .
Seemingly the only thing that might remain would be porting it to Windows - but if it’s good and it’s open-source, I would think that should happen without Apple’s direct involvement.
