In the Catholic Church and some other Christian churches, Holy Communion is the last of the three “sacraments of initiation.” (Baptism, Confirmation, Communion.)

Thus, Communion is directly associated with entrance into the Catholic Church. In the Eastern churches, infants are baptized, confirmed, and receive Communion at the same time, although they do not receive Communion again until a few years later.

This is why those who are not Catholics should not receive Communion at a Catholic Mass.

Malooly (Bishop of Wilmington), the Papal Nuncio, and Cardinal Theodore McCarrick, all attended. Absolutely disgraceful. They spit in the eye of every faithful Catholic, and especially those who devote labor and time to resisting abortion. Whether Barack Obama received Communion or not, no doubt hundreds of pro-abortion Catholics DID.

The priest must receive Communion for the Mass to be valid. But there are circumstances in which Communion may not be distributed to all present. It is normal, but is not necessary for validity.

Everyone is a sinner, but those who are conscious of mortal sin that has not been absolved MUST not receive Communion. Reception of Communion forgives venial sin.

If the mortal sin is publicly known, the minister of Communion MUST not give Communion.

Every pro-abortion politician is habitually, and publicly, in the state of mortal sin, and Communion must not be given. The minister of Communion who does so commits a mortal sin.

Thus, the Bishop of Wilmington is habitually in the state of mortal sin, as are 90% of American bishops, because they permit, and even demand, the distribution of Communion to pro-abortion politicians.

Not true.

Unless Biden publicly repudiates his support for abortion, gay marriage (and a number of other grave evils, such as the HHS Abortion Mandate), it is a mortal sin of sacrilege for him to receive Communion.

He cannot be absolved of the grave sin of supporting abortion until he begins publicly to oppose abortion, because as long as his public position does not change, the grave sin continues.

Biden cannot SECRETLY confess and be absolved of his public mortal sins, and then go to Communion. And as long as Biden is publicly pro-abortion, it is a mortal sin for any minister of Communion to give him the sacrament.

Any bishop who permits pro-abortion people to receive Communion is also living habitually in the state of mortal sin.

If the funerals of pro-abortion Catholics were not televised, Cardinal McCarrick would be denied the opportunity to snuggle with them, flatter them, and read fulsome eulogies about them.

(Fulsome: excessive to the point of nausea.)
