There was an episode of South Park where Mr. Garrison after having become transgender tries to get an abortion. Of course the doctor explains to him that he can’t have an abortion because he can’t get pregnant.

“Trans-men” are women who claim to be men. Most of them still have a uterus, and some of them conceive and deliver. One assumes some conceive and have abortions, although there are so few to start with, maybe not.
