MIAMI (CBSMiami) – A mother is in custody while her teen daughter was rushed to the hospital after an argument escalated Sunday afternoon, City of Miami Police said.
“We received a 911 call from mom stating that her daughter had been stabbed,” said Miami Police Officer Kenia Fallat.
That call led police to a home at NW 2nd St. and 60th Ave. As it turns out, investigators determined it was the 47-year-old Odalys Rodriguez who had stabbed her 18-year-old daughter.

All the mom has to do is recite the Shahadah in court.
She is then a Muslim, and this was an honor killing.
No judge will touch her.
All the family stabbings lately have been over bbq ribs or fried chicken. The reporter failed to say what the fight was about so I’m going with the daughter grabbed the last burrito.
Does mom count as a “white- Hispanic” because she stabbed a minority ‘teen’???
