Clinton Foundation shook down supermodel’s charity

The Clinton Foundation shook down a charity run by supermodel Petra Nemcova for a $500,000 donation before Bill Clinton would agree to speak at its annual gala last year in Manhattan, according to a report today. The former president received a “lifetime achievement award” at the June 2014 Happy Hearts fundraiser at Cipriani 42nd Street. The charity’s former director told The New York Times that Clinton appearance was a result of a “quid pro quo” — meaning the $500,000 payment. “The Clinton Foundation had rejected the Happy Hearts Fund invitation more than once, until there was a thinly veiled solicitation and then the offer of an honorarium,” former charity director Sue Veres Royal said.

Until the Democrats decide they want another candidate. Then they’ll turn the MSM loose on the Clintons the way they did when the decided they wanted Obama in 2008. But until then either Clinton could admit to any crime imaginable and nothing will happen. Remember, all of the mechanisms to take them down are in Obama’s hands. No other law enforcement would have jurisdiction or the clout.
