My wife and I ride. A couple of years ago we were in a bar and grill frequented by motorcycle enthusiasts of all kinds. Noticed an outlaw mc member by himself at the bar. A while later he walked outside with his cellphone, 20 minutes later there were 15-20 more (plus their women)in there raising hell. I looked at my wife and said “ ok, time to go”. The next day I was doing a routine safety check of my bike (that was less than a year old) and discovered a nice deep slice across the tread of the front tire. I probably ran something over on the road but I’ve always wondered if one of them did it while it was parked outside that establishment the day before.
The writer can’t count, there’s only 4 numbered items on the list. Also, the writer needs to add a 6th item: don’t believe everything you hear/read and only about half of what you actually see. There’s plenty of other info out there on this incident and the writer effectively ignores most of it, taking only the approved version from police sources. I’m no advocate for violence among/between groups of any kind but there’s more than meets the eye to this incident. Some of it has even appeared here on FR.

3. Assume Everyone is Armed
Maybe I’m weird, but I go through life assuming almost everyone is armed. Not babies, but everyone else.
In an ideal world, everyone WOULD in fact be armed. Since Texas has high rate of gun ownership, that's why crime is lower here than in liberal areas like Detroit, Seattle, Boston, Baltimore, New York and San Francisco. That's more proof to the logic that indeed an armed society is a polite society. It's simple: people mind their manners here in the Lone Star state because, odds are, the person next to you is armed.
Oh and if you see more than one cop in your general location quickly, quietly and with a grand display of meekness accompanied by humility unass the area.
Double /S they are only there to protect and serve they would never shoot indiscriminately putting innocent lives in danger.
Even grungy looking bikers in tattered clothes can have a fairly sophisticated PR team and plenty of bucks to spend on it.

I expected an article from Guns America would be all about praising the poor biker victims and blasting the scum cops who massacred these heroes as they shot them in the back.
