David Koresh and the local sheriff were on speakin terms. David Koresh visited town often. The Feds could have nabbed him away from the compound and avoided the showdown all together.

Oh those boyz with their toyz. They just had to formulate an assault plan. The initial raid had the feds @$$e$ handed to them. Right or wrong, the feds chose to assault a well defended building/grounds.

It was then, the feds got pissed off and brought in the heavy armor. This whole thing stinks.

Woman and children lost their lives and didn't have to. Were the Davidians in the wrong...yea, sure, but did the feds handle this appropriately...I submit, no.
