A ConAgra cookie plant in Ripon is closing, leaving more than 300 people without a job.
Union leader Alex Gillis says the union was notified of the closing of the west plant at 8 a.m. Monday.
The plant is expected to close by the end of the year with layoffs happening in four waves, according to Gillis.
The closing will include the plant, warehouse and the Ripon Good Cookie Outlet store.
