What subterfuge?
Explain the subterfuge process that was employed here?
Tell me how he did it step by step.
It isn’t my job to connect dots, I never accused him of anything.
You want to paint a picture, there’s a paint brush and some paint.
Go.
OK, here's the handwriting on the wall, for the slow-witted in the group:
- The balls were weighed before the game. They are always weighed before the game. That means that the team is aware that the NFL considers the regulation size and weight of a ball to be important enough to be part of the regular game procedure.
- 11 of 12 balls used in the game by the Patriots were nearly 20% underweight. That means someone deflated them after weigh-in. That's subterfuge.
- 11 of 12 balls were underweight. That means it was not the result of an accident.
- ONLY the balls used by the Patriots were underweight. NONE of the balls supplied by the Colts were. That means, it was done by the Patriots.
- Brady is the only player on the field who profits by this subterfuge. Cui Bono? Tom Brady.
It's really not complicated. Somebody put deflated balls in the hands of the man who wanted them
after the balls had been weighed. That means a nefarious practice was involved.
Oh ... and by the way ... Duh.
