If there is a probability they did, then there is a probability they didn’t.
There is an even greater probability that the NFL official did not do his job. After all, he marked them without recording the air pressure, which is not usual practice. There is no way an NFL investigation would blame the NFL.
Saying probably actually means they dont know. But Brady didnt go to the white house so expect this to be made a bigger deal than it is.
