Well, there go their college acceptances.
I don’t believe that those weapons are period-correct ;’)
So? Why isn’t this “freedom of expression,” when rioting and stomping on the US flag is approved by the media in those terms?
“local parents and other students are not amused”
Local parents and other students need to get a life and stop worrying about what some teenagers are doing.
Causes controversy for who?
Because I couldn’t care less.
I recommend we start shoving anything that offends them down their mewling throats.
For their own good. They really need to toughen up.
I never thought of Colorado being a part of the Confederacy.
Free speech.
After all, look at the cra...er...Obamastuff we accept from the low-IQ/basket weaving students at our failing universities.
Sorry, but critics can shove their concerns up their collective communist Obamaholes.
So if I was in the same situation, and let’s say I decided to take a picture in front of some amplifiers with fellow musicians for the graduation photo, would that be considered as insensitive to those that don’t listen to rock? Considering it takes far more talent to play an instrument than solely create sounds on a computer and attach Autotune to a voice...
Nothing “controversial” about the photo. Just the panty waist media trying to make it so.
I’m not seeing what is controversial about it.
Seriously.
A lot of people are all about states rights. And that is what that flag represents. There are a few ignorant rubes that think it’s about slavery. That’s like saying the cops are about Ford because they drive Crown Vics.
What’s even more amazing is that this Fox station decided to send out a reporter and devote resources to reporting this ‘news’.
Have they repainted the Dodge Charger used on the Dukes of Hazzard yet?
They had a Confederate Battle Flag painted on the Roof.
Actually, I saw a clone Charger being used in an Auto Trader Commercial. No Flag painted on the roof.
Time to erase History to make everyone fat and happy.
I can imagine how these sillies would have wet themselves to see my brother bringing his rifle on the school bus to use in rifle club after school, and me as a fifth grader carrying the box of bullets.
I guess the only thing that is not going to offend anyone will be pictures of Americans in chains.
Good grief. And to think our junior-high school mascot was a cartoon of a grizzled old Rebel soldier, and EVERY single one of our school’s annual yearbooks featured the Confederate Flag in its cover design. This was in the 1970s.
“High School Students Spark Controversy With Prom Photo Holding Guns In Front Of Confederate Flag”
The lib MSM will condemn this yet will defend scumbags who dance, burn, spit etc. on the US flag.
“Could be construed as racist” OK let the jihad to destroy their lives commence.
Battle standard, not any of the various Confederate flags.
